- The building was purpose built, and construction was completed in November of 2002.

- Minus28 is a locally owned and operated company. The facility is operated with HACCP guidelines and is set-up to provide all third party logistics requirements, from picking orders to labeling cartons. The company's belief is that by creating a modern cold storage facility, suppliers of frozen food to Vancouver Island will be able to service their customers on a much higher level and on a more timely basis.  Lead times will be reduced substantially compared with traditional modes of distribution. If required we can also look after any transportation or distribution requirements through our association with Coldstar Freight Systems Ltd.
